SLAM NAVIGATION METHOD

Simultaneous Localization and Mapping (SLAM) is a state-of-the-art technology algorithm that is integrated into an autonomous device to map an area and locate the device on the map in real time. This is the technology that distinguishes AMR from AGV, making Thor and AMR robots capable of self-driving without human supervision.

OMNI-DIRECTIONAL MOVEMENT MECHANISM

2 product models T-600 and T-200 stand out thanks to the use of a very flexible omnidirectional movement mechanism. 3 wheels have the ability to rotate at the same time, allowing Thor to instantly change the direction of movement without having to make corners like the steering wheel mechanism. This technology shows benefits when robots move in factories/warehouses with a high density of goods and narrow aisles.

PALLET IDENTIFICATION TECHNOLOGY AND LIFTING ANGLE ADJUSTMENT

 

Thanks to the RCS software controlled via laser sensors and data about the types of pallets used in the factory/warehouse, Thor can identify and transport the exact type of pallet. Moreover, when detecting that the pallet is displaced from the original position, Thor will automatically adjust the lifting angle to match the pallet, ensuring accuracy and safety when performing the task.
